Story directed & produced for BIGBOOK Magazine.

To visually illustrate the restaurant's integral teamwork & flexible roles, we reversed staff roles and staged two scenes capturing unique details of ephemeral restaurant moments. A third frame - a black & white portrait of owner & head chef Christophe Hardiquest, features staff in motion around a focused subject.
